What are the payment options?
We accept EFTs, cards and other convenient methods excluding cash payments. Payment is due monthly (or weekly for short-term rides). Daily ticket payments can be made in advance or via arrangement.
What if my child misses the bus?
We understand things happen! If your child misses the ride, just reach out — we’ll do our best to assist or guide you to the nearest stop.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes — cancellations require 7 days' notice for monthly packages. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee for that day’s ride.
